Before adding a farm please check out our article on Farm vs Block's to determine if you want to add a new farm to switch between or add the block to an existing farm map in AgriWebb.
If you would like to split blocks out from an existing farm map in AgriWebb, please contact Customer Support as we'll need to assist you to do this.
Please note you can add as many farms as you need to your AgriWebb account at no additional cost. You subscription fee will only increase if you are also adding additional livestock to your account for the new farm. To update, go to the Plan and Billing page, click 'change plan' and then input your updated livestock numbers.
Adding Farms
From the Web App, select the Account tab from the left navigation panel.
Select Farm Management.
Click Add Farm and fill out your farm details.
Once you have finished, press Save to create your farm.
Managing Multiple Farms
AgriWebb allows users to manage multiple farms under one account, providing flexibility for farm owners and managers to oversee operations across different properties. To set up and manage multiple farms:
In the web app, navigate to Account (bottom-left) > Farm Management > Add Farm.
Enter the farm details, including the address, to position the map.
Add paddocks, water points, and other relevant details as needed.
Tips for Managing Multiple Farms
Switching Between Farms: Use the farm drop-down menu to toggle between different farm accounts easily.
Inventory: Animal treatment and chemical inventory is unique to each farm. There's currently no transfer records for this.
Livestock Transfers: As an admin, you can manage transfers of livestock between farms while keeping operations separate.
Farm Naming: Choose distinct names for each farm to avoid confusion, especially during the initial setup phase.
Switch Between Farms
Mobile App
Select Menu from the bottom right of the screen, followed by Switch Farm.
Select the you farm wish to switch to or tap Download another farm to this device if you are switching to a new farm for the first time.
Note: When downloading a new farm for the first time you'll need an internet connection. Once loaded, the Farm's map and records will be fully accessible for this property.
Press Cancel to exit this menu.
To ensure the farm details are up to date when switching offline, ensure that your Mobile App is set to Sync all farms. You can check this by going to Menu > Synchronise Data. Ensure that the Sync all farms features is set to on.
This syncing process is particularly important when managing multiple farm accounts to ensure all data across farms is up-to-date and accessible offline.
Web App
Log in to the Web App and click the down arrow next to your farm name. From the drop down tab select the Farm you wish to switch to.
Once loaded the Farm Map and records will be fully accessible for this property.
