Livestock transfers can be recorded on both the Mobile and Web App.
Ensure the user creating the transfer record has been granted the Transfer only access to the farm where livestock are being transferred to via Account > User Management.
Want to transfer livestock to other AgriWebb accounts?
Both parties need to accept user invites for the respective accounts and granted the 'Tranfer Only' user role. This will allow you to see the respective farm to transfer the animals to within the Transfer record.
Create a Transfer Record

Start by going through the process of creating a record. For further information on this see Record Keeping or Creating Record (Individuals).
Select Transfer for mob management.
Or Transfer Off Farm for individual management.

Be sure to choose Select from my farms as the Transfer type.
Once complete tap Save to record the transfer.

Web App
Transfer records can also be created on the Web App. To do this navigate to Livestock followed by Individuals or Mobs.
Select Add Record
From here you can follow the same steps as above to create and save the record.
View & Accept Transfers
To view and accept transfers on the mobile app select Menu > Livestock Movements > AgriWebb Transfers.
To view on the Web App click Movements in the left side panel.
Outgoing
The Outgoing list shows your pending and historic transfers, these can be viewed and cancelled. In order to cancel an outgoing transfer your AgriWebb mobile app must be online and fully synced.
Note: Cancelling a transfer will prevent the animals from being accepted on the destination farm in AgriWebb, but will not remove the Transfer Off Farm or Sale Record from the animals’ histories.
Incoming
Transfers to another farm appear as Incoming Transfers on the destination farm. They can be accepted or declined on either the web or mobile apps.
Note: In order to view, accept, or decline an incoming transfer, your AgriWebb Mobile App must be online.
When you have incoming transfers, a number on the menu will indicate how many. If you are expecting transfers but none are appearing, ensure your app is fully synced.
Once accepted fill in the detail fields required and tap Save; these animals are now on their new farm. Note: This may take a few moments on the mobile app as the app is synced during the process.
What data gets transferred?
For individual animal management, majority of the data gets transferred except for records that the reciving farm will not have the associated data for. Example, feed records, or paddock movement history - as the receiving farm won't have the same feed inventory or paddocks to map to.
For mob management, record history cannot be transferred. The last recorded weight for a mob will be logged against the transfer record for you to view in the record summary and transfers report.
Editing Transfer Records
All fields can be modified except for the Transfer Type. Once a transfer is recorded as being between farms in AgriWebb, or if the destination was entered manually that cannot be edited.
A transfer record edit can only be done on the 'incoming' farm that has received the transfer.
If you have recorded a transfer between AgriWebb farms and no longer wish to copy the animals to the other farm, cancel the transfer.
To bring those animals back onto their original farm open your Mobile App and go to Livestock followed by Mob Activity.
Find the Transfer Off Farm record for those animals and select the right facing arrow '>'. Tap Delete. This will bring those animals back onto the farm.
Government Registrations
In some countries movements on and off farm can be submitted to government bodies from within AgriWebb. Check out our Submitting to Government Bodies article for more.
