This article goes through how to carry out movement records for your individual animals on the farm map. See contents below:

Click Livestock in the menu tab along the bottom.

Tap Create Bulk Record and select the species you wish to create the record for.

Select Move

Now you can set the new location for these animals and the date for when they entered that location.

Select Livestock and then Individuals. From here you can click Add Records > Create Records.

Choose Movement and fill in the details.

Note: If you backdate the record, the Animal table will show the state of the animals at the time of the record. This allows you to fill in information about your animals even if they have already left the farm.

Once your animals are in a paddock, you can move your individual animals by dragging and dropping them on the Farm Map. This feature is available on the Mobile and Web App.

To move individual animals from the map simply drag and drop a dark blue marker to the desired location. This will open the movement record with the animals and paddock pre-selected - review everything is correct then hit save.

The location change will appear in your animals history and on the Farm Map.

Click on an animal and go to the history tab to view the movements throughout its time on your farm.

You can also view your movement record in the movement report. Head to Reports > Movement Records - and view the records here.
