Livestock records can be added in via the Web or Mobile App to either a single animal or a group of animals.
They can also be created during a Live Session on the Mobile App when you are in the yards. See Live Session Records for more.
Note: Any asterisk (*) sections are required on the records in order to save but anything else can be added or left dependant on your preferred level of detail for the record.

Mobile App
Click Livestock in the menu tab along the bottom.
Tap Create Bulk Record and select the species you wish to create the record for.
Select Species
Select the record type under Quick Records or choose a Template. See Single Templates or Multi-Templates for more information on that option.
Tap Select animals.
Choose how you want to select your animals for the record from the options available. Use the Animals from a previous record to select animals from a past session, this includes live sessions.
Fill Out the Form
Fill out the fields. For some records you can toggle between basic and advanced for higher level details (top right).
If there are errors in the form, this will present with a red highlights.
Tap Save when finished.
Note - You can also add individual records on the mobile, click on an animal you wish to add the record to and press Add Records at the bottom.
Web App
Click on Livestock followed by Individuals to view your list. See Individual Animal List for more information.
Click the Add records button in the top right.
Select the record type from the list of records or record templates.
Fill Out the Form
Complete the necessary fields. You can use the left-hand tabs to navigate to each section.
Click the Select animals dropdown to choose from all of your animals. Choose how you want to select your animals for the record from the options available.
Selecting Individual animals brings up the animal list and allows you to filter by specific criteria.
You can also choose Import selection from CSV. This allows you to import a CSV list of those animals.
Click the red 'X' to remove an animal if needed.
Click Save when finished.
