You will need to add inventory items to your AgriWebb inventory before you can apply inventory to your paddocks or livestock and create records. Adding inventory on the AgriWebb web app and on the Mobile App is easy.
Mobile App 📱
Adding inventory from our mobile app is really simple. Just follow these steps to add, edit, duplicate and delete inventory.
1. Select Menu, from the bottom right of your screen
2. Under the Inventory heading, select the relevant Inventory category you wish to add, edit, duplicate or delete.
Select + Add to go ahead and add a new inventory item.
Select the inventory item you would like to edit by tapping on the item arrow > to the right of the inventory item. To Edit, just select the Edit tab at the bottom of the screen.
Note: Editing an inventory item will not automatically change records previously added to Livestock or Paddocks from that inventory item. To reflect the updated inventory on a previously applied record, you will need to find the record in the Livestock or Paddock history, edit and save the record. This process will update the record with the updated inventory item.
Don’t worry, deleting an inventory item doesn’t delete the records you created from the inventory item. Those records are safely stored in your Treatment Reports, Livestock and Paddock histories and won’t affect your record-keeping for audit compliance.
To delete an inventory item, just select the inventory item you would like to delete, then select the Delete tab at the bottom right of the screen.
Duplicating is an easy way to save time adding inventory if you are adding lots of the same item. To duplicate, select the Duplicate tab at the bottom left of the screen.
You can also search your full inventory from the search tab at the top of the inventory screen.
Web App 💻
Adding inventory from our web app is really simple. Just follow these steps to add, copy and edit inventory.
1. Select Inventory from the drop-down on the left
2. Select one of the Paddock Treatments, Livestock Treatments and Feed categories at the top of the screen
To add inventory, select the New Inventory button. Fill in the fields with details you wish to record and confirm by selecting Save.
To edit inventory, find the relevant record and select Edit. Change the details in the inventory fields and confirm by selecting Save.
Editing an inventory item will not automatically change the inventory items records previously added to Livestock or Paddocks. To reflect the updated inventory on a previously applied record, you will need to find the record in the Livestock or Paddock history, edit and save the record. This process will update the record with the updated inventory details.
Copying is an easy way to save time adding inventory if you’re adding lots of the same item. To copy inventory, find the inventory item you would like to copy and select Copy. You can make edits to this copy if required and confirm by selecting Save.
Note: The delete feature is not currently available on the web app. See the instructions above on how to delete an inventory item from the Mobile App.
