This integration connects AgriWebb and Figured so your livestock data flows into your farm financials automatically.

Integration Details
Setup: Enabling and setting up the integration is done via Figured, not within AgriWebb.
Source of truth: AgriWebb is the source of truth for all livestock data. Records are entered in AgriWebb and sync into Figured. If something looks wrong in Figured, the place to fix it is always AgriWebb.
One-way sync: Data flows from AgriWebb to Figured only. It syncs automatically every day at 10am NZ time. A manual sync option is also available.
Livestock reconciliation: Births, deaths, and other data from the Livestock Reconciliation Report sync automatically.
Exception reporting: Discrepancies between AgriWebb data and Figured's closing stock numbers are flagged so they're easy to spot and resolve.
Before You Start - What's your role?
How you set this up depends on who has access to Figured and AgriWebb.
If you're the producer (you use AgriWebb and your accountant uses Figured): Your accountant will initiate the connection from their end. You'll receive an email asking you to authorise access to your AgriWebb account. You don't need to log into Figured to do this. Jump to Authorising via Email.
If you're the accountant or advisor (you use both systems): You'll set up the integration from inside Figured. Before you start, check that your client's AgriWebb account is set up correctly - if it isn't, the integration won't work. Start with What You Need in AgriWebb First.
If you have access to both Figured and AgriWebb yourself: You can authorise the connection directly without needing to send an email. Start with What You Need in AgriWebb First.
What You Need in AgriWebb First
This is the most important step. If AgriWebb isn't set up correctly, Figured can't place your livestock into the right tracker categories - and the integration won't complete.
You need three things in place before you connect:
1. Enterprises set up to reflect your business structure
Enterprises in AgriWebb define how your operation is divided - for example, a breeding herd and a trading enterprise are two separate businesses with different income, costs, and performance. Figured uses these to organise your livestock into the right trackers.
If you only run one enterprise, you still need to set it up for the integration to work.
Common enterprise structures:
Breeding herd
Trading enterprise
Finishing enterprise
For step-by-step instructions on setting up enterprises, see:
2. All active livestock assigned to an enterprise - with correct dates
Every animal or mob needs to be allocated to an enterprise. If stock is unassigned, Figured won't sync them and your numbers won't be match.
If you're planning to sync historical data, you'll also need to backdate your livestock to the enterprise to cover that period. For example, if you want two years of history to flow across, your animals need to have been assigned to their enterprises from that point - not just from today. Check your records and backdate where needed before you connect.
3. Historical transactions reviewed and lock dates set
Figured uses your AgriWebb records for forecasting and reconciliation. Make sure your historical records are accurate if you choose to bring them across.
Setting Up the Integration
Watch the walkthrough here.
You'll need:
An active Figured account with livestock trackers configured
An active AgriWebb account with Administration-level access
Enterprises set up in AgriWebb (see above)
Log into Figured and navigate to a livestock tracker
Click the Settings cog
If you can't see the Settings tab, your Figured permissions may need adjusting - contact Figured directly for help with this.
Scroll to Livestock Data Configurations and click New Connection
Choose your authorisation method
Option A - Direct Authorisation (you have access to both systems)
Use this if you have login credentials for both Figured and AgriWebb.
Select "I have access to both Figured and AgriWebb"
Click Authorise
You'll be redirected to AgriWebb to log in and confirm access
Once done, you'll return to Figured to continue setup
Option B - Authorising via Email
Use this when the accountant is in Figured and the producer is in AgriWebb, or when one person doesn't have access to both systems.
For the accountant:
Select "Send authorisation email"
Enter the email address of the person who manages AgriWebb
Click Send
You'll receive a confirmation email once they've approved the connection
For the producer: You'll receive an email with a Connect button. Click it to securely authorise access to your AgriWebb account for that specific farm. You don't need to log into Figured to do this.
You can revoke an email authorisation any time before it's completed.
Mapping Your Farms, Enterprises, and Stock Classes
Once you've authorised, you'll work through a few mapping steps inside Figured.
Select your farms:
You'll see all the AgriWebb farms you have access to.
Select the ones you want to sync.
You can map multiple AgriWebb farms to a single Figured farm if needed.
Map Your Enterprises to Trackers
You'll see all your AgriWebb enterprises displayed
Hover over the 'i' icon on each enterprise to see which farm it belongs to
Map each enterprise to the appropriate tracker in Figured
Click Next to continue
Map Age Classes to Stock Classes
This is where you align your AgriWebb age classes with your Figured stock classes.
You'll see separate tabs for Cattle and Sheep (tabs only appear if you run those species within AgriWebb)
Only enabled stock classes in Figured will appear in the dropdown menus
It is only necessary to map the age classes that you use in AgriWebb. For any age classes that are not used you can leave them unmapped.
You can map multiple AgriWebb age classes to the same Figured stock class if needed
Recording Sales and Purchase Transactions
All livestock sales and purchases must be recorded in AgriWebb. At minimum, you need head counts. This is what keeps your livestock numbers accurate and allows the integration to reconcile correctly. If a transaction isn't in AgriWebb your numbers there won't be accurate, it won't sync and your numbers in Figured will be off.
Financial detail is separate. You have three options for how you handle the money side in Figured:
Option 1 - Enter financial detail in AgriWebb
Add the sale or purchase price, commission, levies, and other costs directly into AgriWebb. These will flow across into Figured automatically with each sync. This keeps everything in one place and means Figured always reflects what's in AgriWebb. You can then post this to your accounting software at any time.
Option 2 - Enter financial detail manually in Figured
Record head counts in AgriWebb (required), then enter the financial detail directly in Figured yourself. Use this if your accountant manages the financial side and prefers to work in Figured directly.
Option 3 - Import financial detail from Xero or MYOB
Record head counts in AgriWebb (required), and let your accounting software handle the financial transactions into Figured the way you already do. Use this if you're already running a Xero or MYOB workflow and don't want to change it.
Pick one approach for financial data and stick to it. Using more than one at the same time will create duplicate entries in Figured.
If you choose Option 1, you can map AgriWebb cost types (commission, levy, labour, transport, other) to specific accounts in your chart of accounts. Any left unmapped will default to the stock class sales/purchase account in the tracker.
Missing head counts or transactions? Edit the record in AgriWebb to add the missing information, then sync.
Sync Historical Data (Optional)
If you're setting up a new Figured file and already have historical data in AgriWebb:
Check the "Sync historical information" option
This will allow you to pull data from a selected month onwards
This gives you a complete starting point without manual data entry
ℹ️ Note you cannot sync data prior to your Lock dates from your accounting system. And if your livestock tracker is already up to date, you will not want to sync historical date to avoid duplicates.
Completing Setup
Review your settings and click Complete. The initial sync will begin automatically.
Data will sync automatically every day at 10am NZ time. If you need it updated sooner, you can trigger a manual sync from inside your livestock tracker at any time.
After Your First Sync - What to Check
Once data has come across, verify the following in Figured:
Births, deaths, and reconciling transactions have appeared in the right trackers
Opening balances for the current period match the previous period's closing numbers
Numbers align with what you can see in your AgriWebb Livestock Reconciliation Report
If something doesn't look right, go to AgriWebb - not Figured. AgriWebb is where the data lives. Transactions that have synced to Figured are read-only and can't be edited there. Correct the record in AgriWebb, then sync, and the change will flow across.
Interpreting The Data
The underlying data is populated from the various records and actions taken directly in AgriWebb. If you notice any inconsistencies or wish to review the livestock reconciliation report or historic records, please go direct to these respective reports and historic records in AgriWebb for review.
If you are advising an AgriWebb customer and have questions about the livestock data, please contact them and arrange being added as a user to their AgriWebb Account.
Within Figured, Trackers connected to AgriWebb show the AgriWebb logo on the tracker list page.
Transaction Details
When you view transactions in Figured:
Date: The date the event occurred in AgriWebb
Source: Shows "AgriWebb" to indicate the transaction origin
Read-only: AgriWebb transactions cannot be deleted or edited in Figured
Making Changes to Synced Data
To modify synced transactions:
Make the change to the transaction in AgriWebb
Either wait for the next automatic sync or trigger a manual sync
The updated information will appear in Figured
This ensures data consistency and prevents conflicts between the two systems.
Making Changes After Setup
To update livestock data: Always make the change in AgriWebb. Synced transactions are read-only in Figured - they can't be edited there. Once you've updated the record in AgriWebb, either wait for the next automatic sync or run a manual sync and the change will appear in Figured.
To update your mappings: Go to Settings > Integrations in Figured. You can adjust enterprise mappings, stock class mappings, and sync settings at any time.
To disconnect the integration: Go to Settings > Integrations > Delete. This stops future syncs but won't remove data that's already been imported. Previously synced transactions will become editable in Figured.
Troubleshooting
Transactions aren't appearing
Check you've completed all setup steps
Verify the date range you're viewing in Figured
Try running a manual sync
Confirm you have Admin-level access in AgriWebb
Data is going to the wrong tracker or stock class Go to Settings > Integrations in Figured, review your mappings, update them, and run a manual sync.
Authorisation isn't working Make sure the person authorising has Admin permissions in AgriWebb. For email authorisation, confirm the email address is correct. If needed, revoke the existing authorisation and resend.
Numbers don't match between AgriWebb and Figured AgriWebb is the source of truth - start there. Pull up the Livestock Reconciliation Report in AgriWebb and compare it against what's showing in Figured. Any discrepancy needs to be resolved in AgriWebb first, then synced across. If you're an advisor and need access to a client's AgriWebb data, ask them to add you as a user to their account.
