Purchase records can be created on both the Mobile and Web App. Here's how:
Select the Livestock tab from the bottom of your screen.
Tap Create Bulk Record. Select your species followed by Purchase from the record list.
Complete all the fields relevant to your operation.
Note: The exact fields shown in Basic view depend on the country of your farm and the species of animals purchased. To see all fields click the settings cog at the top of the screen and select Advanced.
In some countries your transport details can be submitted to government bodies from the Government Registrations section of the AgriWebb web-app.)
Additional costs can be entered by selecting Add additional cost at the bottom of the form. This can be used for labour costs, transport, levies, commission and other additional costs. You may record as many of these costs as required.
Once the details are complete tap Save to record the purchase.
Select Livestock and Individuals. From here you can click Add Records.
Choose the relevant species and select the Purchase Record. Once all the relevant fields are filled you can click Save.
You can view all your individual joining records in a report format via the Web App. See our Individual Joining Report article for more information.
The record can also be viewed from your animal histories. Tap the Review button to edit this record. For more information see Edit an Individual Record.
