Reset password from the Mobile App or Web App.
If you forget or lose your password, don't worry! You can request a password reset from the log in pages of the Mobile App or the Web App.
This will send you an email containing a link to reset your password. If you change your password, the next time you access the Mobile App, you will be asked to log in with that new password.
If you are using your Mobile App, select Need Help? from the bottom of the screen.
Press Reset my password. Enter your email address, then press Send. Check your emails for the reset password link.
Not logged in?
From the Web App, select I forgot my password
Enter your email address and select Reset Password. Check your email for the password reset link and set a new password. Note: The reset password link in the email is only valid for 24hrs. You'll have to complete the above process again after that time frame.
Select the Account tab from the left-navigation panel.
Select Profile Settings.
Type in both your current and new passwords, then select Update Password.
