Tracking Producer Practice Changes in AgriWebb

AgriWebb’s new Practice Selection tool allows producers to log and track the practice changes they will be completing in the program, directly in AgriWebb’s Program Hub.

For TAs, this means improved visibility into producer intentions and actions, helping you provide targeted advice and operational planning support.

Why This Matters for Technical Assistants

Visibility: See what producers are planning and when.
Program alignment: Ensure practices match program requirements, especially in pay-by-practice models.
Better support: Tailor your guidance based on each producer’s selected practices and timelines.

How it works

Producer logs practices: Producers select practices from a program-specific catalog, add intended start dates, and enter implementation notes.
TA reviews practices: You can access these records within each producer’s account to monitor progress and provide feedback.

Your role as a Technical Assistant

Adding practices: You can assist producers by logging practices on their behalf within their AgriWebb account.
Reviewing practices: Use the “View” button under Actions to see details like start dates and notes.
Ongoing monitoring: Revisit the Program/Practice Submission page anytime to check updates or changes.

Instructions for Producers (assisted by TAs):

Navigate to Reports: Within AgriWebb, go to the "Reports" section.
Select "Sustainability": Choose the "Sustainability" tab; select the program you are participating in.
Add Practices: Use the button underneath the Practice table to “Add practices”.
Enter Practice Details: Enter the year the practice will occur, the technical assistant you will partner with, select the practice, and add your intended practice start date and any relevant notes. Save your submission.
View and Manage: You can view your saved practices at any time or delete them if changes are needed.
