Program Submission Form

Allows producers to enter all program-required data in one place.

Using the Program submission form

The Program submission form in AgriWebb allows producers to enter program-required data in one place. For Technical Assistants (TAs), this is the central tool for helping producers complete the required annual submission for programs.

The form can capture any required data point, from livestock arrivals to land-use data and pre-fills information where possible, reducing the burden on producers.

Why it matters for Technical Assistants

  • One-stop shop: All program data is entered in a single form instead of multiple spreadsheets or systems.

  • Guided support: You can walk producers through data entry and clarify program requirements.

  • Quality assurance: Review what’s been entered before submission, ensuring accuracy for MRV reporting without back and forth.

  • Collaboration: Work alongside producers and farm staff directly inside the AgriWebb FMS.

Step-by-Step: Assisting Producers with Submissions

Starting a New Submission

  1. Access the producer's AgriWebb account through your Connect portal.

  2. From the left-hand menu, select Reports.

  3. Click the Sustainability tab.

  4. Under Programs, find the program the producer is enrolled in.

  5. Select Start submission to begin, or open an existing record to continue.

Completing the Form with a Producer

  1. Review required data points: These are program-specific and may include cropping events, livestock movements, or practice changes.

  2. Check pre-filled fields: Existing AgriWebb records may already be pulled in (livestock only).

  3. Enter missing data: Work with the producer to fill in any gaps. Each field is clearly marked.

  4. Save progress: Producers can save at any point and return later to complete.

Reviewing Before Submission

  1. Go back through the submission record with the producer.

  2. Confirm all required fields are filled in.

  3. Submit the form for automatic QC and fix any errors. If no errors are found it will be passed onto the MRV partner automatically.

  4. Once final, the form can be submitted — it will transmit securely to program managers or MRV partners.

FAQs for Technical Assistants

Can producers without an AgriWebb account use the form?

Yes. Producers not yet using AgriWebb can still access and complete the Program Submission Form.

Can we import data producers have already collected elsewhere?

No. Data will need to be entered manually to capture this in the submission.

How can I track progress across all producers?

A tracking dashboard (for TAs and Program Managers) is coming soon, showing form completion and intervention status across participants.

Best practice tips for Technical Assistants

  • Use a demo farm account to practice and familiarize yourself with the form.

  • Sit with producers during their first submission to reduce confusion.

  • Highlight that producers own their data and can review or edit before final submission.

  • Where possible, prepare reference notes on program-specific data requirements before starting.
