Email notifications are available for transactional records in AgriWebb that affect stock numbers and commodities.
Email notifications are available for:
Livestock sale and purchase
Commodity sale and purchase
Livestock transfers
Livestock deaths
Email notifications are sent on record creation or when you have synced your mobile app.
How to Configure Email Notifications for your Organisation
Email Notifications must be enabled by your organisation administrator.
Select Organisation Notifications from the Account section in AgriWebb.
Enable email notifications for specific roles in your team. Check the box in the table to enable (checked) or disable (unchecked) notifications for the record type, and the user role required.
Click Update Settings when complete.
If you have multiple farms, your notification settings will be applied to user roles across all farms.
How to Configure Personal Email Notifications
Once Email Notifications have been enabled by your organisation administrator, if your role has been enabled for a record type, you will receive emails each time this record is saved or edited on AgriWebb. Recipients of the emails can opt-out, and subsequently opt-in again from the AgriWebb Web App.
To change your personal Email Notifications settings, select Profile Notifications from the Account section in AgriWebb.
Check the box in the table to enable (checked) or disable (unchecked) notifications for the record type.
Click Update Settings when complete.
