Note: The ability to connect to EID hardware is only available on Individual Animal Management. For further information on this feel free to check out our Plan and Pricing page or contact the team.
The Gallagher TW-3 is an indicator that can connect via Wifi to the AgriWebb Mobile App. It can also connect to a Stick Reader (such as Gallagher HR-4 or HR-5) via bluetooth.
To see the full list of AgriWebb supported EID Readers see here.
It is also important to ensure that your TW-3 is running the most recent software update to ensure it remains supported for Agriwebb live sessions. You can download the latest version here.
Setup Considerations
The TW-3 has 2 physical male connectors (Amphenol plug) that can connect to your Load Bars.
It can also connect to a panel reader through the serial connection, usb or bluetooth.
Wifi connections can be setup as an access point on the TW-3. Note: You need to have the latest firmware, at least version 1.19.030. The latest firmware (2.07.294+) is available via the Gallagher Animal Performance app.
It can also connect to your existing Wifi network in the yards.

Troubleshooting:
Not receiving data from your indicator
If you are able to connect the AgriWebb app to your TW indicator but nothing is coming though check the following:
On TW-3 Go to Cog Wheel (Settings) > Equipment Connections
Select AgriWebb
Select Settings
Data Device Output Settings*Name = AgriWebb
Type = Data Logger
Output Data = EID, Weight
Send = on ID recorded
Optional resend on data change = Yes
*When displayed as Data Device Input Settings
Equipment Connections > Data Device 1 > Select AgriWebb
Select Change
Disconnect
Select the type of Data Device > Output > Next
Select how you wish to connect to device Bluetooth or Wifi
On the TWR go to Cog Wheel (Settings) > Device Settings > Bluetooth
Ensure that Enable Bluetooth is on (a tick will be present).
Tap on your device under Connected Devices
Verify that the device is classified as a Data Device, but if not tap on Data Device to set that option.
If connecting via WIFI ensure that WIFI is enabled, and the device is a Data Device
Note: If you are testing the connection out at home before you get into the yards, ensure that data “send” is not “on weight lock”, rather it should be on ID recorded as you don't have load bars attached.
