AgriWebb Academy

The AgriWebb Academy consists of a series of online courses containing short courses and video guides. Current users can increase their knowledge of the product at their own pace, while new users will quickly master the facets of AgriWebb that are most relevant to them. On larger enterprises, the AgriWebb Academy helps to ensure that all your staff are using AgriWebb to its full potential.

Click the Help button and select AgriWebb Academy from the list.

Got questions about our Mobile App?

Each page in our Mobile App features a ? icon in the top right-hand corner and explains exactly what each page does and the features it includes. 

Press this icon to bring up a useful explanation of each button’s function as well as some other useful tips and tricks!

Online Chat 

If you are unable to find the answer to your question in our Help Centre, make sure you reach out using the chat function either on the Mobile App or the Web App. 

Our Farm Success team would love to help answer any questions that you might have.

Mobile App

To open a new chat with our Farm Success team from the Mobile App, select the Menu tab. Select Support and press Contact Support.

Web App

From the Web App, simply click Help in the bottom left corner and select Contact Support.

Schedule a Call Back

We know you are busy, so we share our schedule in advance. You can request us to call you back at a time that suits you by simply selecting Schedule a Call Back from either the Mobile App or the Web App. 

You can then schedule a time that works for you and someone from our Farm Success team will call you back at the requested time.

To open a new chat with our Farm Success team from the Mobile App, select the Menu tab. Select Support and press Contact Support.

Web App

Click the Help button and select Schedule a Call Back from the list.
