There are some situations where you may need to undo or edit a record, this guide will explain exactly how records can be undone/edited and the changes that will occur to related records.
If you're trying to backdate your records see our Backdating Restrictions article. This goes through how far you can backdate certain records and what may be blocking them.
Edit Records
If you have accidentally made a mistake when creating a record, you can always jump in and Edit that information to ensure accuracy across your records.
From the Livestock or Paddock History page on the Mobile App, find your selected record in the timeline by using the filter at the top of the page and press the > arrow next to the chosen record.
To edit a record tap on the Edit icon.
Note: Marking records cannot be edited, they will need to be undone and recreated with the correct information. Undo these records from the maternal livestocks history.
Undo Records
We recommend being extremely careful when undoing records and only undo records if they are blocking you from recording crucial records or undoing mistakes.
From the Livestock or Paddock History page on the Mobile App, find your selected record in the timeline by using the filter at the top of the page and press the > arrow next to the chosen record.
To delete a record simply tap on the Delete icon.

You can also Duplicate and Add Notes to records. Simply tap on the relevant icon.
Edit / Undo Sale Records
You can edit and delete your sales records in the same way as above, or, you can go through the Livestock Sales History page on the Mobile App.
Select Menu > Livestock Movements> Sales
From here you can tap the sale of interest and then on the Edit or Delete button like the steps above.
Adjust/Undo Mob Movements
Movements are a little bit different to other records. Check which Related Records will be undone or adjusted by your changes by scrolling down on the records summary.
If you are happy with the changes that will occur to the related records, select Adjust Date or Undo and confirm your selection.
If there were actions recorded after the movement you're deleting such as feeding the mob or moving more stock into the paddock; you may have to undo or change the date of those records in order to delete the desired mob movement.
