Edit or delete records from the Mobile and Web App.

Only available to Administrator and Manager Users Roles.

Records can be accessed through the Animal Details and History page.

Tap Livestock in the bottom tab then tap Individuals Animals in the menu. Use filters to find your specific animal then tap on this animal and go to History.

Find the record you want to edit and tap Review.

This will open up the record summary page. Tap Actions to open the menu.

Edit Record will open up the record form. Edit any fields as required.

Note: This includes all the animals that the record originally affected. Changing any details will affect all the animals. De-selecting an animal then submitting will remove the record from that animal's history.

Click Save when finished.

Delete Record will open a confirmation dialog. Check each condition then click Delete.

Note: If this record contains multiple animals, Delete Record will remove only this animal from the record.

Click Livestock in the left-side navigation then Individuals in the top menu to access the Individuals List. Use the filters to find the specific animal in question then click on this animal to view their details.

Records can also be found via the Activity page (only available on the Web App).

Click Livestock in the left-side navigation then Activity in the top menu. Find the relevant record then click either View or the record title to see a summary.

From the summary, click View all animals to see a filtered list of animals from that record. From here, select an animal to view their details.

Click History to view their records. Then tap Review on the record to see the record summary.

Click Actions to open the menu.
