AgriWebb Diagnostics Data
In some cases, the Farm Success team may ask you to send diagnostic information from your Mobile App to help diagnose a problem.
Here's how to do it:
Select Menu, from the bottom right of your screen, and select Get Help
Select Send Diagnostic Data
Press Upload.
Once it has uploaded it will take you back to the last screen you were on before you entered the menu.
Make sure you let our support team know that you have sent through the data so that they can start resolving your issue.
