Managing Semen Inventory on the Mobile App
Adding Semen Inventory
Select Menu from the bottom right of your screen.
Under the Inventory heading, select Semen.
Select '+ Add semen inventory'
Sire Details
Enter the Sire ID for the semen inventory.
If the sire already exists, select the sire from the New Sire dropdown.
If the sire is new, select Add New Sire Details and enter the required sire information.
Inventory Details
Enter the remaining Inventory details, including straw and semen details, and any associated costs.
The semen will now be stored in your inventory and can be selected when creating an AI (Artificial Insemination) record.
Editing and Archiving Semen Inventory
Select the semen inventory item you want to manage.
You can Edit or Archive the inventory item.
When editing an inventory item, update the relevant information and select Save.
If you no longer need an inventory item, or the item is showing as empty after use in an AI record, you can archive it.
Note: Semen inventory cannot be deleted.

Select Semen.
Select New Semen Inventory on the right-hand side.
Sire Details

Use the buttons beside each inventory entry to Edit or Archive your semen inventory.

Adding Embryo Inventory
Select Menu from the bottom right of your screen.
Under the Inventory heading, select Embryos.
Select + Add embryo inventory.
Dam Details
Enter the Dam Details for the embryo.
If the dam already exists, select the dam from the New Dam dropdown.
If the dam is new, select Add New Dam Details and enter the required dam information.
Sire Details
Enter the Sire Details for the embryo.
If the sire has already been added through semen inventory, you can select the existing sire from the Sire dropdown.
If the sire is new, select Add New Sire Details and enter the required sire information.
Inventory Details
Enter the relevant embryo information
The Embryo Stage will automatically populate based on the Fertilisation Date and Flush Date entered.
Select Save once you have entered the relevant information.
The embryo will now be stored in your inventory and can be selected when creating an Embryo Transfer record.

Select the embryo inventory item you want to manage.
You can Edit or Archive the inventory item.

If the sire has already been added through semen inventory, you can select the existing sire from the Sire dropdown.
If the sire is new, select Add New Sire Details and enter the required sire information.
Inventory Details
Enter the relevant embryo information
The Embryo Stage will automatically populate based on the Fertilisation Date and Flush Date entered.
Select Save once you have entered the relevant information.
The embryo will now be stored in your inventory and can be selected when creating an Embryo Transfer record.
Editing and Archiving Embryo Inventory
Use the buttons beside each inventory entry to Edit or Archive your embryo inventory.
Select Edit to update the details of an inventory item, then select Save.
Select Archive to remove an inventory item from your current inventory while retaining it in your records.
Note: Embryo inventory cannot be deleted.
Archived Items
To view your archived semen or embryo inventory, switch to the Archived view at the top of the page.
You can also unarchive an item to return it to your current inventory.
Note: To edit an archived item, you will need to unarchive it first.
