The Farm Diary is currently available for customers in Australia, New Zealand and South Africa on Mob Management plans (from version 4.0.0)
We'll be gradually rolling out this function into other regions and for IAM plans.
How to use it
Out in the paddock? Just open the AgriWebb app, capture a quick note, and get back to the job. Your draft livestock records will be waiting for you (or your manager) whenever you're ready.

Update your AgriWebb app to the latest version (v4.0.0 or later)
Open the app and try your first note on the app homepage - type or dictate it, whatever suits!

Which plans can access the Farm Diary ? | Mob management plans in Australia, New Zealand and South African will have access at the moment. We'll be gradually rolling out to other regions and plan types. |
Which records can be created via the Farm Diary? | Only livestock and paddock records will be created. Cropping, tasks and rainfall records cannot be created through this feature yet. |
What happens if the Farm Diary can't work out what records my note is referring to or the record types aren't supported? | We will tell you there is "No match". Here you can either edit the note to provide more detail OR add a record manually from the note. |
What is populated on the draft records? | We will attempt to populate as much information as possible. Mobs, paddocks and additional details.
This is a work in progress that we are looking to optimise, so details may not be pre-populated on the draft record for you. We will aim to use your notes to improve this functionality. |
Does the Farm Diary work offline? | Yes, like the rest of the AgriWebb app this works offline. You can record notes/diary entries at anytime, then when you next sync your app, the draft records will be created. |
How do I delete or edit records created via the Farm Diary? | Use the standard flows for editing and deleting records via the activity, history or the "completed" view of the Farm Diary itself. |
How do I delete a Farm Diary note / diary entry? | Use the 3 dots in the top right of the note card to open the action list, here you can select "Delete". If you have saved records under this note already, you will not be able to delete it. |
How do I voice record / dictate my note? | Use the microphone on your keyboard (usually situated at the bottom right, but may vary with device type).
Note: you can dictate and then adjust the note text if needed. |
Who else on my account can see the entries in the diary? | All users on farm with user role Livestock Record Keeper 1 or higher will be able to see the entries within the diary. Think of it as a whole farm diary. |
