The Tasks feature enables team mates to work together to get jobs done! In the AgriWebb Portal you are able to create and assign tasks to your employees. Tasks can be anything you need another team mate to do on farm, for example, feeding stock, filling a water trough, checking a rain gauge or fencing a fence. 

Add a Task

Adding a task can be done in the Portal and the Notebook. Its super simple! 

Portal

Add a task in the Portal task list

  1. Select Tasks from the left side navigation panel
  2. Select New Task
  3. Fill in the spaces in the table that apply
  4. Select Save

Add a task in the Portal task map

  1. Select Farm Map from the left side navigation panel
  2. Select the green Add button

4. Click to place the task on the Map

4. Complete any details about the task that you want to add and click Save

Notebook

Adding a task in the Notebook in super simple! Here's how to do it:

  1. Select the Home button in the bottom left corner
  2. Under Upcoming Tasks select + Add Task. Fill in the Task Name and Task Details
  3. Select Show Advanced Fields to assign the task to a team member, select a due date, select a location and assign a priority.
  4. Select Save

Edit a task

Its never been easier to organise your team's work. The Tasks feature enables you to organise your on-farm tasks. Its super easy to edit a task, and its can be done in the Portal and the Notebook!

1. Select Tasks from the Portal Navigation on the left hand side of the page.
2. Select Edit on the task you wish to change

2 - Use the View Options menu to switch to the tasks view

3 - Select a task from the map or the list, you will be presented with summary of the task

4 - In the task summary click Edit details, you will presented with a form to edit your task.

4. Update as needed and click Save.

Notebook

Here's how to edit a task in the Notebook. 

  1. Select Tasks from the NoteBook’s home screen
  2. Select the task in question
  3. Select Task Details
  4. Select Edit across the bottom of the page
  5. Edit any of the fields you wish
  6. Select Save

Complete a Task

Once you have completed a task, you can mark the task as done. You mark a task as 'completed' in the Portal and the Notebook.

  1. Select Tasks from the left navigation panel
  2. Select Done of the task you wish to complete

  3 - Select a task from the map or the list, you will be presented with summary of the task

4 - In the task summary click Mark as done

Notebook

Completing a task in the Notebook

1. Select Home
2. Select the Task
3. Select Mark as done

Once you have synced your device, this task will now show as 'completed' in the Portal.
