Connecting your EIDCymru account with AgriWebb is an important first step for livestock farmers in Wales.

Start by ensuring you have the correct account credentials for the EIDCymru Web Service (EWS).

Your account must be activated to work with AgriWebb. To enable this access contact the EIDCymru Bureau directly via email or phone.  

The bureau service will activate your EWS account to work with AgriWebb and provide you with a new username and password for the farm software.

Once connected, log on to the AgriWebb Web App and select the Account tab followed by Government Connections.

Click Add Connection.

A dialog box will prompt for the Government Body you wish to connect to.

Enter the Username, Password, and Account Nickname

Select your farm from the list. This list shows all farms in the region supported by the government body based on the provided farm address.

If no identifier is set, it is possible to set the identifier at this point, which will then make the connection available to select.

Press Connect and the connection details will be tested and established.

If you're still having trouble connecting after having verified your connection details with EID Cymru (see above) - try typing in your password rather than copying and pasting.
